I love Pork Chop! This is what we have for dinner tonight. I cook the same way as I cook the chicken because I put wine sauce in it. The sauce makes a lot of difference. It's more tasty and yummy and my husband like it a lot. This is an easy recipe that I found in one of my recipe book. First you have to to fry it and make it brown on each sides. I put garlic herb for spices then finish cooking in the oven. For the sauce, scrap the pan where you fry the pork chop then add 1 tsb of butter, add 1/2 tsp of rosemarie and 1/2 tsp of dried parsley, keep scraping and add the 1/4 cup of white wine. Pour on top of the pork chop and let it cook more in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve with rice or any side dish of your choice :-) Enjoy!

My caldereta
Here is my caldereta, I cook it last night for dinner. I use elk meat instead of beef, since my friend Ella gave me elk meat last week. I also find a caldereta mix where I bought before at the Filipino Store. I called my husband yesterday afternoon to get bell peppers at the store because he is driving the white truck. I check at the fridge and find potato and peas. I think I have all the ingredients I need!
First I cut the elk meat into cubes and fry it until it looks brown both sides. Add 2 cups of water and caldereta mix then let it boil. Add potato and let it simmer for couple minutes. Add bell pepper and let it set for another couple minutes. When it’s cooked, garnish green peas. Serve it with lot of rice. Enjoy!

What's for dinner?
Last night, I make a simple chicken dinner with garlic rice, broccoli and couliflower for the side dish and sweet mango. The chicken is very tasty, my husband love it. I love the sauce because I put a lot of butter and herbs and also white wine for additional taste. You can try it also, the recipe is easy. Just marinate the chicken with lots of garlic, salt, pepper and worchestire sauce. Then fry using olive oil and butter. Make it brown both side and transfer to the oven and leave it for another 30 or more minutes. For the sauce, just add herbs like rosemary and dried parsley at the pan where you fry the chicken. Add 1 tbs of butter and 1/4 cup of white wine. Keep scraping until the sauce well mix. Serve it with rice or your choice vegetable. Enjoy!Sunday, January 3, 2010
Sinus Rinse Recipe
I was running out of sinus rinse preservatives and we lost the copy of the sinus rinse recipe that the allergy specialist assistant gave to us. Well, not a problem at all because I am sure, they have available sinus rinse recipe online. I went to the website at bellaonline.com and try the recipe. I can’t believe how easy it is! Here is the Sinus Rinse Recipe:
1 cup warm water
½ teaspoon non-iodized sea salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
(Double for both nostrils).
Fill your Neti Pot with warm water and stir in the sale and baking soda. Follow the procedure above. Mix a second batch and repeat. The baking soda is another ingredient that helps reduce inflammation and power washes your nasal passages.
Since I have the recipe, I can use this anytime for Dustin. Dustin nose need to be rinse twice a day because of his sinus infection. This is also recommended with our allergy specialist.
