Successful Yard Sale!

The yard sale yesterday and today was very successful. We sold all the furnitures and other stuff. Yesterday was a busy day. Buyers came so early and they took all the good stuff. I make almost $500 yesterday. Well, not so much people today and we only make $40. We decided to close it early around 2:00 pm instead of 4:00 pm. We will keep the rest and thanks for my friend Kathy for helping me out today. Its really a big help. I already send $200 for my family last night and i still have $200 left. Mike took the $150. I'm glad everything went well and i make money for my family and for my sister's treatment and medication.

Garage Sale...

Friday and Saturday, we will going to have a garage sale. We are selling some of the things that we don't use... including the stroller, car seat, changing table, basinet, toys, infants and toddlers clothes, threadmill, unused clothes, roller blades, 4 tires, bike, chairs and tables and a lot more. Hope we can get rid of these things. I am looking forward for that this coming Friday and Saturday. Mike will be working this Saturday so my friend Kathy will help me for the yard sale. We already advertise it at Daily Sentinel. I also make a yard sale sign and we will going to post that this coming Thursday. The money i earned for this garage sale will be going to my family in the Philippines for the treatment of my sister illness. She's still in the hospital right now, still recovering and hopefully she will be okay.

Unsuccessful...

As usual, we have unsuccessful garage sale yesterday and today because we never find the one that we are looking for, the wicker patio furniture. We saw one last weekend but someone already taken it. We are late about 2 minutes i think hehe. If we came little bit early, i am sure we will get that nice wicker patio furniture for a better deal. Buying furniture in the store is really expensive thats why we decided to look for it at garage sale. So every weekend, thats what we always do, look for a patio furniture at the garage sale. Its fun though, so even we dont find wicker patio furniture, we got something else like nice purses, baby clothes, other home decor. Like now i got a nice picture frames for only $1 and a nice 2 candle holder for only $3. Mike got a nice coffee cup and dustin got a toy, a pale with 3 shovel for only $1, thats pretty good right? So next weekend, we are trying to find patio furniture and hopefully we will be successful on our next garage sale hunting hehe :-)

Just get home...

Oh im glad were home now, this morning we go for garage sale, hoping that we can get good stuff, my husband is looking for some antiques and furniture. He didn't fine one, but i got some of Dustin clothes and 2 shoulder bag for me. It still look good and i got it for only a quarter :-) Isn't that a good deal? Well after our garage sale we decided to go for grocery shopping. We had lunch at City Market, we just bought chicken tenders and some lays for snack. When we get home after, i check my email right away, checking if i have some tasked to do, i got one for the day so im okay with that. Better than nothing hehe :-) my tasked is 10 dollars so its good. But before i do my tasked, i need to put Dustin on his crib so that he can take a nap now, then after im done here, i need to go outside and help Mike to plant some of the trees. :-) Its kind a nice outside but its kind a windy and breezy. Little bit cold, im glad because we didn't go to Silverthorne this week, because we heard in the news that they get a lot of snow there. Hopefully we can go back to Silverthorne this next week.

We went to garage sale!

This morning we went to garage sale. We only find few things but not of them have good stuff. Only Dustin got a toy for only 50 cents hehe :-) Well, maybe this is not the right time to go for garage sale. Its still early for the year though, mostly they do garage sale every summer because its warm and hot. We only find 3 houses that has good stuff but we dont find anything we like. Maybe next time, too bad because we go back home early because Mike is not feeling good, he has headache and me too, i dont feel so good also, so we decided to go home and take a nap together. Dustin is sleeping right now and Mike is just relaxing. So while Mike is relaxing waiting for me to get done here so that he can play his favorite game, i need to finish my tasked first before i let him play. What a lazy day! I am still thinking what to cook for dinner tonight. hehe :-)
