Angel Lush with Pineapple

Last time, I try the Angel Lush with Pineapple with strawberry on top. This time I made it without strawberry but same recipe. I like this easy spongy cake and luxurious, creamy filling. It's easy to prepare and it works for a dinner party, coffee get-together and weeknight dinner. I love the flavor, the pineapple with whip cream is just great combination. Maybe you will love to try it at home too and I am sure you will enjoy it! Here is the recipe:

1 pkg Jell-O vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 can Dole crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cup thawed cool whip whipped topping
1 prepared round angel food cake
fresh strawberries

1. Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple in medium bowl.
2. Gently stir in whipped topping
3. Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.
4. Place bottom cake layer on serving plate; top with one third of pudding mixture
5. Repeat layers 2 times
6. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Top with strawberries just before serving.
