Sinus Rinse Recipe

I was running out of sinus rinse preservatives and we lost the copy of the sinus rinse recipe that the allergy specialist assistant gave to us. Well, not a problem at all because I am sure, they have available sinus rinse recipe online. I went to the website at bellaonline.com and try the recipe. I can’t believe how easy it is! Here is the Sinus Rinse Recipe:

1 cup warm water
½ teaspoon non-iodized sea salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
(Double for both nostrils).

Fill your Neti Pot with warm water and stir in the sale and baking soda. Follow the procedure above. Mix a second batch and repeat. The baking soda is another ingredient that helps reduce inflammation and power washes your nasal passages.

Since I have the recipe, I can use this anytime for Dustin. Dustin nose need to be rinse twice a day because of his sinus infection. This is also recommended with our allergy specialist.
