family bible study...

I’m so glad that we did our family bible study for the night. The kids did very good, they are just sitting with us at the kitchen table while my husband and I read couple verses in the bible. We will do this once or twice a week so that the kids will get used to it. Since they are being a good boy and girl, they are having an ice cream for a treat and chocolate for me! I guess that’s all for tonight, I will keep you posted for tomorrow’s update. We need to go bed early, I’m kind a tired and got a light headache. So have a great evenings fellow bloggers!

My caldereta

Here is my caldereta, I cook it last night for dinner. I use elk meat instead of beef, since my friend Ella gave me elk meat last week. I also find a caldereta mix where I bought before at the Filipino Store. I called my husband yesterday afternoon to get bell peppers at the store because he is driving the white truck. I check at the fridge and find potato and peas. I think I have all the ingredients I need!

First I cut the elk meat into cubes and fry it until it looks brown both sides. Add 2 cups of water and caldereta mix then let it boil. Add potato and let it simmer for couple minutes. Add bell pepper and let it set for another couple minutes. When it’s cooked, garnish green peas. Serve it with lot of rice. Enjoy!

Where watching football at this photo and while Mike sitting with us in the couch, I was thinking to take a family picture of us for the month of January. he drove the truck...

It's Saturday and it supposed to be my husband's day off, but he work today anyway because they need to finish their job. Yesterday, I went to my friend house Arlyn to meet a new Pinay friend name Edna. I met her before when she works at the Filipino Store but she only work there for two days. broken dryer

Every time I put the wet clothes in the dryer and after it dries, It leaves some black line in it, I’m not sure why but I think our dryer have problem. I saw the crack inside, so that means we need a new dryer. I was afraid to put my new clothes in the dryer because it ruined it. Just like today, when I do my laundry, the dryer just stop itself and when I turn it on, it has a weird sound. Well, I guess I can’t finish my laundry today. I will try again tomorrow, if it doesn’t work? I might end up hanging those wet clothes outside.

feel better

Thank God that Dustin and Dana are feel better now. My husband and I are really worried especially when Dustin got sick for couple of days. He’s been throwing up the other day and got diarrhea in the morning. His appetite goes down, he don’t eat so much because his afraid that he might throw up his food again. Well, the important is they are both okay now and they are back of being a happy kids. I got my ring!

I got my ring today! We went to JCPenny to resize it because when my husband bought it, the ring is way too big. go back to the mall...

We went to the mall yesterday to check my resize ring from JCPenny but it said it didn’t come yet. They will give me a call if they already got it. Since we’re in the mall, we just hang out to the play area and let the kids play. We stay about an hour there and do shopping at Target. Mike bought me a deep fryer. safe mode

My computer is in safe mode right now but with network, I can still talk with my sister online but I couldn’t use the webcam and I can still do my blogging thing. It’s very frustrating because if I restart my computer and use the regular one, it screwed up everything. I can’t connect my internet, always hang and its very slow. I restart my computer many times but it doesn’t help. Why this thing happen? I have a lot of things to do online.
