Five Secrets of Contentment

One of our magazine has a topic about the five secrets of contentment and I would love to share it to all. I know most people never been content of what they have in life but we need to learn how to be content even though we have little. Here are the five secrets of contentment:

1. Love people, not money and possessions. 1 Timothy 6:10 said "The love of money is a root of all sorts of injurious things".

2. Resist the urge to compare yourself with others. Galatians 6:4 said "do your own work well, and then you will have something to be proud of. But don't compare yourself with other".

3. Maintain an appreciative attitude. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 said "In connection with everything give thanks".

4. Choose your friends wisely. Proverbs 13:20 said "He that is walking with wise person will become wise".

5. Satisfy your spiritual need. Matthew 5:3 said "Happy are those conscious of their spiritual need".

vitamins...

I am a kind of person who always forgot to take vitamins. Sometimes I alternately take my vitamins, it depends if I can remember it. This morning after breakfast, I took my vitamins for women and I also give the kids their gummy bear vitamins. We went to service this morning and I feel really good until we came home because I am really not feel well. I got this bad headache and all I want is to lay down and rest but Dana won't let me rest. Dustin keep jumping on the couch and Dana keep jumping on me, so how can I rest for today? Maybe I need to wait until Dana fall asleep then I can take an hour nap while Dustin is playing his learning games online.

I'm glad I made it!

It's been a while that I didn't go out on service and last night I made up my mind and decided to go this morning. I make arrangements with one of our sister and get the kids ready. I miss going out on service. I have a lot of things to learned and courage to build up. My confidence is not enough yet to face those people behind the door. It scares me sometimes but when I pray to Jehovah God, it helps me a lot. I am still glad I made it today. I will try again next week. The weather started to get cold, I can feel the winter is coming. So hope I can still go out on service even the weather is cold :-) Thanks to our sister who help me a lot.

sofas

One of our dog love to lay down in our couch. She lay down there anytime she likes. But when we're watching tv together as a family. We let her sit down in the other side. Our sofa is old, parts of it are already teared. The one I really concern about is the hair. Well, she doesn't shed a lot of hair but you know there are times that their hair are all over the couch so I need to vacuum 3 times a week. I make a little changes in our living room and I moved some of the furniture. I also bought a cover in the sofa and that helps a lot. If we could have a modern sofas, I won't let the dogs lay down in it or get up to it. We might buy her a big pillow for her to lay down.

This past few days, I decided to changed all my Skin Care Products. I came back to the product that I usually use before, I throw some of my old Acne Products too because I got a red rash in my cheek after I use those product. Maybe those products are too strong on my skin. My husband said, I need to get a product that works to my sensitive skin. We went on shopping last week and I can't help myself not to look for those Age Spots products. I am not worry about my age though because no one can hardly tell my real age because I look younger.
