Lasagna for Dinner

When was the last time I had lasagna? I can't even remember! I guess it was long time ago! hehe :-) Well, since I was craving lasagna last night, I decided to have it for dinner! I went to the store and buy all the ingredients I need and woolah! here it is my meaty and cheesy lasagna! I found the recipe online and give it a try, this is my first time to make my own lasagna.
ground beef, italian sausage, 1 large onion (chopped), 2 gloves of garlic (minced) salt, 1 tb parsley, 1 tb dried oregano, 1 tb dried basil, 2 cans whole tomatoes (undrained and chopped) 2 (6oz) tomato paste, cottage or ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, 1/2 ts pepper,  tb parsley, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 lb mozzarela cheese and 12-15 lasagna noodles.
Brown the ground beef, sausage, onion and garlic. Add salt, parsley, dried oregano, basil, tomatoes and tomato paste, stirring until well mixed. Simmer for 1 hour.
Cook lasagna noodles, drain and set aside. Spray the baking pan with cooking spray.
Combine cottage cheese or ricotta cheese, eggs, pepper, 2tb parsley, parmesan cheese, and 1/2 mozzarella cheese. In lasagna pan, layer the noodles, meat sauce and cheese mixture and repeat on the next layer.
Top of with layer of noodles, sprinkle evenly with remaining mozzarella cheese then bake 375F for 30-40 minutes or until cheese mixture is thoroughly melted.

marathon electric motors

Last time when me and the kids went to my husband work site, he showed us those big motors and generators. I am not familiar with it though but my 6 years old son was really interested to it, he wants to know what are they and how they works. I guess he is too young to know those things but my husband is trying to explain it to him. It was nice that we got a chance to see those stuff but we are not allowed to touch it, it’s kind a dangerous especially if you are not familiar to this kind of stuff. Anyhow, if you are looking for a motors and generators online, you might like to try the marathon electric motors from, you might find the one you need or if you have any question, call this number at (888)836-6025.

Kind a Dissapointed

We went on fishing today at Martin Lake and Horse Shoe Lake at Walsenburg Colorado. But we're kind a dissapointed. We hear that they really have a lot of fish there and have good fishing spot but when we get there, we didn't caught any. Every 30 minutes to an hour, we always go to different spots and see if we can get a bite or any nibble but it wasn't. The weather was nice though, and we got a very good spot to go fishing, it was shady and breezy, but as usual same as the last time we went on fishing, it was not successful. Wish we could go back at Echo Canyon and caught those blue gills and bass. Well, better luck next time, if only we could have a boat to sail in the middle of the lake, I am sure we can probably caught some, but its okay, the kids are happy though and it doesn't matter, we are happy to spend time together as a family and fishing is one of the outdoor stuff that the family needs to do :-)
