We cook the turkey!

At last! for 5 days of thawing the turkey, we ended up cooking it for dinner tonight. It takes a while to cook a huge turkey. We have the 16 lbs turkey and it takes about 5-6 hours to cook. We start cooking it around 1:00 pm afternoon and it cooked around 7:00pm. We just put a lot of spices in it, lots of garlic, garlic herbs spices and onions inside of the turkey. It taste good though and here is the photo after we took it out in the oven! :-) Looks yummy isn't it? Dig in now! hehe :-)
