Weaning my son from breastfeeding

Dustin is already 21 months old, time for him to wean from breastfeeding. I thought it would be hard to wean him but it's not. It was not so bad for the two of us. I been searching it online about "how to wean the kids from breastfeeding", i try some of their tips but it didn't work, so I made my own style for weaning him. Here are some of the things I do to wean him breasffeeding:

1. I make our own schedule, like in the morning when he woke up, I gave him milk on his favorite bottle, with cereal or some baby food.
2. We watch movie together (his favorite movie "CARS") after he eat his breakfast.
3. Lunch time i gave him macaroni shell with yogurt, then play with him after or teach him some few words.
4. 1-2pm Nap time, i read him 1-2 stories before i put him on his crib to go take his nap.
5. When he woke up from his nap, i gave him water and let him play for his little cars, then at 4pm we go out pick up the mail on our mail box.
6. 5-6pm Dinner time, i gave him some of our food. He is not picky on food, he can eat anything, you will know right away if he dont like the food coz he will spit on it, hehe :-)
7. We watch TV together, mostly he loves to play his toys while watching TV.
8. In bed time, he cant sleep without brushing his teeth first.
9. Read him 3-4 stories, then put him on his crib, give him a kiss and say goodnite.

It works pretty good for the two of us! He get used to it for the schedule i gave to him. Hope it helps also to those Mommies that wants to wean their child from breastfeeding.
