Feel Dizzy

When i woke up this morning, i feel really dizzy and i have this mild headache. It bothers me a lot especially that i keep moving here in the house and watch my kiddos. I dont want to take any pain killer because i am breastfeeding dana. I dont know what will be the effect if i take pain killer while breastfeeding the baby. Thats why i cancel my bible study this afternoon and re-schedule it tomorrow or maybe next week, it depends how i feel. I think an hour nap helps a lot. But too bad because Dustin didn't take a nap but i put him in his crib for about 2 hours but still his awake hehe :-) well... maybe he is not tired.
