Fun time in the snow

Last year we had early snow in the month of November, but this year? We just had 3 days snow here in the Valley, It started last Wednesday on December 29. It’s freezing cold out there but the kids really want to play outside. I let them out for a while, they are very excited when they put their snow suit on. Dana enjoyed it, she even bring her little dolly outside with her. She is such a cutie! I didn’t go out to play with them, I was just standing inside the patio and watching them having fun together. I get out for a minute to take a picture of them. It was a fun cold morning.

Saturday Afternoons On ESPN

There is nothing better then spending weekends watching sports on television. And while people complain about the East Coast bias and stuff, there is still nothing that matches watching ESPN on a Saturday afternoon on my satellite television from TVbyDirect.com. Whenever I have a free time, me and my kids have a chance to go out and visit our friends. Like this morning, we went to my friend house Arlyn. She has a 16 months old little boy and my kids get along well with his son. So in the morning, I make sure the house is clean before my husband came home. I let the kids eat their lunch first so that they won’t get hungry later, I bring a snack for them to eat also. Dana was so excited to visit her little friend Jake. Grand Mesa Photos

These are the photos I took when we went to Grand Mesa last Saturday. We just stop by to the visitors area and let the kids play in the snow for a while. They are having fun especially Dustin. He doesn't mind how cold the snow is. He keep throwing me snow balls and he climb up to the little hill where they file up the snow. They really get a lot of snow up here in the Grand Mesa. It is really pretty and cold too as well! hehehe... :-)

back door message

While were driving going to Grand Mesa yesterday, I ask my husband to stop in the store if they are open so that I can use bathroom and buy snack for the kids. I’m glad we find an open store because mostly after new years eve, all the store are closed. I went to their bathroom and one thing caught my eye is the message in their back door that said: Do you want to steel those stuff? We see you in our security cameras before you enter this bathroom. Then I noticed all the expensive antique tables, lamps and vases inside the bathroom. Well, they really need those security cameras so that no one can still those antiques.

Driving in the rain

Today is my first time to drive in the rain. It was raining really bad when I took Ella home. It’s dark out and raining. I can hardly see the road. It was scary but I did fine. Dana was with me and she fall asleep while were driving home. I am not scared anymore to drive in the rain except snow. I am not sure if my husband will let me drive in the snow. It is very dangerous to drive in the snow because its slippery. Since we don’t have snow yet here in the Valley then I don’t need to worry about it. Right now, I am glad me and my daughter arrive home safe and now it’s time for me to cook dinner!

5th Year Anniversary

December 17, 2005 is the day when I came to see my husband here in the United States. December 19 is the day we get married, few friends of ours are invited, no families because both of our families live thousand miles away from us. It was a very memorable moment for the both of us. Starting on that year, we created a very unforgettable moments especially when our first born child came. There are many ups and downs in our relationship but until now, our love for each other grows more and more. Each day we try to show how much we love and care for each other. Shopping with friends!

It was nice to shop together with my fellow Filipina friends. I pick up Ella around lunch time and we went to City Market to buy few things then we drove home and have lunch together. I cooked some Filipino foods like Pancit Canton, we also open one can of chili corn tuna then I cooked smelly dried fish. I feel like I am in the Philippines!
