First vaccination for Dana

We just went home from dana's doctor appointment. She has her first vaccines today. The doctor gave her 3 shot for polio, hepatitis B, Diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis, rotavirus, Hib and Pneumococcal disease. It sounds like a lot but she only got 3 shots. Poor little girl, she scream and cry so much. I am sure she will going to be miserable tonight. I already gave her tylenol to reduce fever and pain. She dont have any reaction yet but who knows maybe tonight or tomorrow she will going to have a reaction to that vaccines. So will see about that... she's sleeping right now, she still on shock with her first shot. She's knock out after i nurse her. :-)

Swine flu is all over the news today. This is very scary because there are hundreds of people already died with this kind of flu especially in Mexico. All over Asia needs to be alert with this kind of illness. Its spreading all over the world. Where this swine flu came from? It said it came from a pig, a mild pig disease that is very dangerous to humans. It refers to influenza cases that are caused by Orthomyxoviruses endemic to pig population. It infects people every year and is found typically in people who have been in contact with pigs. So we need to be aware of this. I saw it on TV news this morning, and im glad they never find any symptoms here in Grand Junction area for swine flu.

Lime Pie

One of our friend give us a lime pie in a pack when they came back from their 2 weeks vacation in Florida. Its not a ready made, you just need to mixed all the ingredients and make it. I think that was last February before my delivery and i never had a chance to do it for a couple of months. Just now when i saw the bag and i decided to mixed all the ingredients this morning and refrigerate it. We can have it later after dinner. I thought its hard to make, i read and follow the directions and since i bought whipped cream cheese yesterday for the additional ingredients, i did it anyway. So im glad i did it and will see how it taste! i just need to garnish this to make it look good but as of now, here is the picture of the lime pie i made hehe :-) looks yummy isn't it? hehe :-)

Twilight

I can't wait to see this movie "Twilight". I heard that this movie is great and it was an amazing love story between bella (Kristen Stewart) and edward (Robert Pattinson). I didn't rent any dvd or saw it on movie theater but guess what? i watch it on youtube yesterday and this morning! It was really a great movie! I watch 2 times, i can't get enough with the movie. I like the part when he try to save bella with that car, when edward carry her on his back and they are flying, everytime they stare each other. It melts me! hehe :-) They did good at this movie and maybe i will watch it again for the 3rd time! i will try to rent it at blockbuster if ever the dvd is already available :-) i want to watch it in a clear version hehe :-) Anyway if you never watch it yet, please do! you will going to missed the best part of this movie! I cant wait to see the second part of the movie too title "The New Moon". I watch the trailer and its well done!

I called all the babies who has chubby cheek or a baby that is chunky a "Chaba Ching-Ching". Its kind a cute though but my husband laugh everytime i called dana chaba ching-ching all the time. Well.. i like to call her that way because she has that cutie chunky cheeks. She is getting chunkier now and at her age, she is so responsive especially when you talk with her. Feel Dizzy

When i woke up this morning, i feel really dizzy and i have this mild headache. It bothers me a lot especially that i keep moving here in the house and watch my kiddos. I dont want to take any pain killer because i am breastfeeding dana. I dont know what will be the effect if i take pain killer while breastfeeding the baby. Thats why i cancel my bible study this afternoon and re-schedule it tomorrow or maybe next week, it depends how i feel. I think an hour nap helps a lot. But too bad because Dustin didn't take a nap but i put him in his crib for about 2 hours but still his awake hehe :-) well... maybe he is not tired.

Driving at bean ranch colorado

This morning, Mike told me to get dressed and ready because he will take me for a ride at the bean ranch here in grand junction colorado. I never been there but i am very curious on what we will going to see on that place. I never expect anything so i will go for a nice ride with him together with our kiddos. When we get there i was very shocked because i never seen anything in there except a desert, a little bush and also rocks. I see lot of holes in the ground and the road is kind a scary. We're driving in the dirt road and it was very interesting because we see a cave and it seems like there's some people camping in there but we didn't see any people out there except the woodfire and a chair they left. Anyway, i thought we going to see the Gunnison River but i think we're wrong. So we came back to the road and we didn't go far enough to see the River. Maybe we will come back next time and see what's in there hehe :-)

Residency Renewal

My residency status was already expired and that means I need to renew my status and file for a Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. I talked with my friend online, she lived the same place I lived and she also filing the same form. Mike and I checked at USCIS website about the form that we need to fill up. Because of not paying attention we fill up the wrong form and we need to cancel my biometrics appointment this coming 14th of April. Hopefully we can get our money back for that form.

Welcome Month of April!

The day went by so fast! I cant believe its April already. It means my little girl will be 2 months old this coming 26! She's growing so fast! she's getting chunkier now. Most of her newborn clothes won't fit her anymore, so i still have those cutie newborn outfit with tags that dont fit her. I think i will just bring that in the Philippines if ever we come back their next year or give it to one of our sister that has a baby girl hehe :) Anyway its getting closer to May and i will be 27 years old! Am i getting old? 3 years from now i will be out in the Calendar already hehe :-)
