Lunch at Olive Garden

Yesterday, Mike and Dustin went to service, Dana and I stay here at home because of the weather condition. Its kind a windy and cold outside and i dont want to bring Dana to service because she might get cold. But anyway at lunch time, mike called me and he said i need to get ready because they will going to pick me up and Dana around lunch time. We will going to have lunch with our brother and sister at Olive Garden. So we will going to met them there. I love Olive Garden, not only that they serve fresh salad, bread and hot soup but they have great tasty Italian Food. I am not crazy about pasta but i love their Chicken Alfredo. Too bad i didn't finish my plate and i need a box for carry out. That was a really nice lunch with our brother and sister. Dana was really good because she was sleeping the whole time. She woke up when we got home. :-)

She Bangs!

This is my new look! I got a bangs now! hehe :-) I play my hair last 2 days ago and i decided to cut my bangs. Its been a long time i never had bangs. I am not used to have a bangs. If i am not mistaken, i think i had my bangs when i was in elementary. :-) Its a long time ago, but im glad it turn out good. My sister said i look like a japayuki hehe :-) i said what? nahhh i am not japayuki but anyway my husband said it looks nice and i look different with my new bangs. What you think?

Colic

Its been 2 days already that my little girl has this colic problem. She does that every night starting at 11:00pm to 1:30am. She cries a lot and it makes me worry. I did so many thing to make her feel better but it didn’t work. I check it online what’s the cause of her crying and I found this colic thing. It said that colic is a torture for the baby and the parent. This is a condition in which an otherwise healthy baby cries or screams frequently and for extended periods without any discernable reason.

I’m breastfeeding her and I think what I eat affects her. Last time I eat pasta with lots of sauce then ice cream and cola. I think that’s the problem why our little girl have colic problem that night. My husband told me to be aware on those kinds of food. So it means I need to watch my diet. Hopefully she will be okay tonight. Its been 3 days that we don’t have enough sleep. So, I’m trying to take a nap in the afternoon when Dana and Dustin taking a nap too.

Accident

This morning while were driving going to the gas station, we just had a minor accident because someone hit the back of our truck. I’m glad its not that bad, its not really serious but it makes me worry a lot especially that we have 2 kids in our car. They try to call the police but the police didn’t come so mike and that girl who bumped our truck just trade information. I think the insurance company will pay the damage. I don’t know how that one works but right now Mike is trying to fix the back of our truck. :-)

Arranging...

We are planning to transfer our computer in our living room. We will use this room for our kids and we are trying to dis-arrange everything from our computer room, living room and to our kitchen. It takes a while to finish it but right now, we are resting and the kids are taking a nap. Since they are taking a nap, i have a chance to check my email and do an update here in my blog. We still have lots of time though because Mike is taking another 3 weeks vacation from work. We can finish arranging it tomorrow or some other day. :-)

Rough Night

Its been 3 days that we’re having a rough night. We don’t have enough sleep because our little girl always woke up at night. We need to change that schedule and try to keep him awake in a day so that she can go sleep at night. Instead of waking up early at 7-8:00am, we end up waking up around 10:00am and have a late breakfast. We sleep early at 9-10:00pm but late at night the baby keeps me awake. She’s sleeping now in our bed, its easier for me to nursed her and not to worry about getting up and put her in the bassinet. My incision still sore and I am just recovering. I am trying not to take pain killer and hopefully everything will be okay.

Daylight Saving Time Starts Today!

Here in Colorado, daylight saving time starts today Sunday, March 8, 2009 at 7:13pm GMT. In the United States Daylight Saving Time begins at 2:00am local time on the second Sunday in March. Then first Sunday in November daylight saving time return to standard time at also 2:00am. That’s why make it sure that you turn your clocks ahead one hour then at the end, turn your clocks back one hour.

I just found out this morning when Mike told me that today is the start of the Daylight Saving Time. The clock in our computer automatically set the time and also the clock in our cellphone. So im glad its daylight saving time!

Hailstone

Wow, this is the first time I saw hail stone. This morning it was snowing but then this afternoon, we are very surprised because I hear a loud noise coming outside and mike told me, look at the window its raining hail stone. I grab my camera right away and took a picture of it. Its not so clear in the camera though. Hopefully it wont break our car window. Its not that big but its just right to break the glass. Anyway what causes hail? Im curious about these and here is what I found out.

Hail consist of large ice particles that have a layered structure, and are produced by intense thunderstorms that form in a very unstable air mass, that is, one that was relatively cool dry air overlying very warm and humid air. Small ice particles that form above the freezing level in the thunderstorm collect rain water on them, forming a water shell that slowly freezes. Hail is most common in areas with warm summers where there is enough heat to cause the uplift of air. Hailstones can damage buildings and crops each year by storms of this size.

My Cute Little Girl

Here is the new photo of my cute little girl "Dana Fe" with her cutie yellow dress. :-) She is 1 week old now and last Tuesday she had her first check up and she weight 6 lbs and 10 oz. She already back to her normal weight. Isn't she adorable? ;-)

Sore

Yeah im pretty sore today, im still taking medication every 4 hours and i think that helps little bit. My incision still hurts and this Wednesday i have an appointment for my doctor and they will going to take the staple out. Hope it wont hurt hehe :-) Im having hard time walking, i cant even move so much. Good thing Mike is helping me a lot in the house. His the one who do the things that i am supposed to be doing like cleaning, cooking, watching our 3 year old son and doing the laundry. Im looking forward to get back on my feet and recover for my CS surgery. :-)

Daddy and Daughter moment

Look at this photo, Dana and her daddy really look the same. The shape of the head, ears, nose and lips, she got it from her daddy, she got my eyes though because she is also chinky like me hehe :-) I am sure Dana will be daddy's girl because Dustin is a mama's boy. Im really happy because we are complete family now. 2 kids is enough, one for me and one for Mike. :-)

Baby's Weight...

My delivery went pretty good and im so glad to see my pretty little girl. She's an angel! she weight 6 lbs and 9.5 ounces. Little bit bigger than Dustin, because Dustin weight 6 lbs and 7 ounces. Here is her photo when they get her weight. :-)

New York City Hotel

Im glad we’re out in the Hospital. We stay in the Hospital for 2 nights and the delivery went pretty good. My baby girl was healthy and weight 6 lbs and 9.5 ounces. But anyway since Mike is in the shower and my little girl was sleeping, I have time to search online, check the New York City Hotel if they have a better rate for this month because one of our friend are planning to have a week vacation there so I will check if I could find a better deal for them.
