Start Packing for Vacation

2 days from now we will have our vacation trip to Philippines! So here i am now starting to pack all our things and get ready for our 3 weeks vacation. At last i am back to my homeland again, i miss everything in there specially my family and friends. Not to mention all the fresh sea foods and vegetables from my Mom's garden. Im sure we gonna have lots of fun in there! We will make our 3 weeks vacation so memorable. So Philippines here i come! ;-)

Doggie in a Shoe?

Grow Old With You

Being old thats not mean "the end". Old age is a gift coz you reach that age. They said the more you getting old, the more you getting wiser in life. The wrinkles, baggy eyes, sagging butt, jiggly tighs, lots of gray hair is a sign that you reach an Old age. But if you have someone to love to grow old with then thats a wonderful feeling! Grow old to the one you love is a special bond that no one can destroy it. Here is a sketch of an old couple that really shows their Love to each other, it's so nice to see some old couples like these. I imagine myself if i reach that age, hope i can grow old with the one i love too. have a great day!

This morning, i was wondering what should i sketch for these day? then i end up of sketching lady toons, it just came out on my imagination. Although im thinking to sketch different one like a portraits but then when i grab my pencil and start to do my sketch for the day i created a toon face. Anyway i love it so im thinking maybe i could post it here and let anybody see my artistic art. Thanks for reading!

Illusion Arts

One of the things I like the most is to stare some wonderful, colorful illusion arts. It makes your eyes dizzy sometimes but it challenge you to see what's in there on that photo. It's kinda interesting how they made this kind of thing. Here are some of the illusion art that i like, its an "eye test". Tell me if you can read what it says.

Ben Affleck is one of the famous movie actor and He is more than a movie star and leading man in Hollywood. Through with his charm, looks and being a good actor lots of people embraced all his movies. One of my favorite movie is Daredevil, Armageddon, Pearl Harbor, Gigli and a lot more. He is one of my favorite Hollywood actor. So here is a sketch for him from the movie Armageddon.

Kadayawan Festival

Kadayawan is the festival that im always looking forward every month of August. This is a big festival in Davao every August 14-20. Kadayawan is a celebration of life, a thanks giving for the gifts of nature, wealth and culture, the bounties of harvest and serenity of living. They celebrate this festival once a year. Too bad coz i will never see this festival this year coz i am here in Colorado, USA. I miss the biggest festival in my Hometown but it's okay coz we will go back for vacation next month September. It's fun to witness the big Festival in Davao. You will see floral float parades, street dance (indak-indak), river festival, and a lot more! Here are some photos:

My Baby the way he Laughs and Cry

Here is the Video that can brighten up your day. This is our son Dustin, a video of how he look like when he laugh and cry. Thunder our Smiley Dog

Here is a photo of Thunder our 5 months old English Mastiff. He's smiling on these photo! What a cute smile huh! hehe :-) He is such a lover boy, he's growing so fast than Princess and he is so cudly!

On these photo, he is just laying down on our big couch, sleeping and get lazy. That's why sometimes we called him "lazy lover boy" :-)

Eating time! Mostly Thunder and Princess share a lot on their food. They look so big on these photo and they are growing fast! They are both lovely dogs right?

My Own Version of Marilyn Monroe Sketch

Marilyn Monroe was uniquely beautiful on her own ways. She looks so ravishing and gorgeous in all photos. I dont know her much but i always hear her name on TV, news or somewhere. But for me i really admired her a lot! The way she looks, the way she pose on the photo, she's really pretty. This is my own version sketch of her, Ms. Manilyn Monroe. Too bad coz she died early at the age of 36.

The Host Movie Review

When the first time i saw these movie, it really caught my attention and even my 19 months old son love it. The story of this movie was interesting its about family. A family who lost their love one that they will do everything just to find that little girl who trap at the big sewer and to kill that monster who took his daughter away from him. Eventhough some people dont believe him coz they think he is crazy and been affected by the virus, but he really fight to the end! that was interesting huh! The things that i like on these movie was, its all mixed with comedy, drama, action and horror. It's kinda interesting how they made these movie. The monster really looks real! But there's some part also that i dont like, that was when they see the monster on the river, they just acting like ignorant and take photos instead of running away so that they will not be in trouble. hehe anyway its part of the movie, if i rate these movie scale 1-10? i gave them 9! For me its awesome makes me cry at the end of these movie, sad story too. What you think people? have you seen this movie yet?

Dog Sketch

This is a sketch of Finn, a pure breed Golden Retriever. His real name is Sir Finnegan Patrick O'Brien McAndrew. What a cool name huh! This is a requested sketch from a friend that i met on BlogCatalog. He really love his dog and its my pleasure to make a sketch for him. Im not used to it to make a dog sketch coz mostly i sketch portrait or models but hope you all like it. What I learned today

Its Thursday again and its time for my bible study. I learned a lot on our studies. We talked about our spiritual life and how important it is. I know there's a lot of people out there are not spiritually happy, some dont have enough knowledge about who God is and what is God purpose here on earth. While im reading the bible about the beginning of his creation about Adam and Eve, that Jehovah God gave them free will, the freedom of choice about what's good and bad. And about what happen when they disobey 1 God's laws about not eating the tree of the knowledge of good and bad. Now i know, that is the reason why all of us are sinners. Coz they are the one who started it. The enheritance they passed on to their offspring was "Sin". But we still have hope because of the ransom sacrifice that Jesus did to us, and its time to make a change!

John 8:31,32 --> Jesus said: "If you remain in my word, you are really my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free".

Our Growing Mastiff

Princess and Thunder are already 5 months old! They are both Mastiff. They are growing so fast! On these video you will see how happy they are to play each other. They really having fun together and we really love this dogs. They are part of our family and im enjoying watching them playing.
